Bio
I am an experienced, high-volume, double-international fellowship trained orthopaedic specialist knee and joint replacement surgeon and I perform over 200 knee and hip replacements annually. I qualified from the prestigious University College London Medical School with honours and trained locally around Surrey and Sussex. My fellowships were at the world famous North Sydney Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Centre and the Exeter Knee Reconstuction Unit where i developed interests in robotic joint replacement, complex sports knee injuries, patellofemoral (knee cap) disorders, knee osteotomy surgery and revision knee replacement surgery.
I now work for Nuffield Health, Circle Health as well as maintaining a substantive consultant job at University Hospitals Sussex. I have extensive research interests and have talked internationally on paediatric anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, knee biomechanics and cartilage injuries of the knee. I believe in continual development, meticulous appraisal of research, embracing modern robotic technology and providing friendly and personalised surgical solutions for my patients.
Outside of work I enjoy classical Spanish guitar, skiing, chess and chasing after my three young children.
